Taking advantage of control technologies, we have created a consistent production management system covering design, manufacturing, inspection and shipment of racks and components for control panels and semiconductor manufacturing devices.
Design
We design instrumentation panels, sequence panels, cabinet panels, and racks. Utilizing CAD, we create diagrams for sheet metal, wiring and sequencer software.
Sheet metal・Processing
By using state-of-the-art processing machines, we are able to perform all kinds of precision sheet metal work including cutting out plates using an automated turret punch program, conducting bend with a bender, machining cutting and tapping. For welding operations required for component manufacturing, we utilize a number of qualified welding engineers for stainless welding and semiautomatic welding work to enable us to meet your quality and delivery requests.
Painting
We have four painting locations and two baking furnaces enabling us to perform plain, laser tone and hammer tone paintings with high quality finishes. ×× We can accommodate dimensions of up to 2,000 W x 3,000 H x 4,800 D.

Wiring・Inspection
Allocating highly experienced engineers to assembly and wiring processes contributes to our prompt and accurate production service. This also allows us to accommodate a wide range of operations including remaking, maintenance, and on-site trial operations. We perform appearance and operation inspections using various types of inspection equipment. We will work to maintain product quality at the final stage of manufacturing prior to shipment.
