| 2008 | The technical service, instrument manufacturing and instrument service divisions of Asahi Techneion Co., Ltd., and the instrumentation work and precision instrument divisions of Kokusai Keiso Co., Ltd., were separated from their original companies and merged them into the new company, Asahi Kokusai Techneion Co., Ltd. |

| 2006 | The Solution Center was established in Sodegaura city in Chiba prefecture, functioning as a distribution center for technology and manpower. |

| 2003 | The Asahi Kohsan Group received ISO14001 certification. |
| 1998 | Established Precision Machining Center in Kokuraminami-ku, Kitakyushu City |
| 1997 | Established Vacuum Equipment Factory in Shinmoji, Moji-ku, Kitakyushu City |
| 1996 | Kushu office of Asahi Techneion Co., Ltd., received ISO9001 certification. Received ISO9001 certification for design, material/machinery procurement and construction/installation of electrical and instrumentation equipment for plants overseas. |
| 1990 | Established Shinmoji Factory as Asahi Technopark in Shinmoji, Moji-ku, Kitakyushu City (Now：Scientific Instrument Factory) |
| 1975 | Established a new factory in Kumamoto to manufacture instrument control panels and tried to make further improvements.(Now：Precision Machine Factory) |
| 1962 | Established Kokusai Keiso Koji Co., Ltd. by separating the instrumentation department as another new corporation.(Now：Kokusai Keiso Co., Ltd.) |
| 1956 | Separated Instruments Maintenance Division of "Asahi Kohsan Corporation" and established Nishi-nihon Keiki Shuri Co., Ltd.(Now：Asahi Techneion Co., Ltd.) |
